First Box


Amera Tomato and Spring Vegetables Caprese /  Avocado Genovese

Cappellini, a long pasta characterized by its width of about 1 mm, is arranged in a cold Genovese. The special sauce with avocado adds a touch of spring to this dish.

Second Box

Prosciutto, Green Asparagus / Frittata Sakura Shrimp, Fresh Onions

The second box is an hors d'oeuvre of fresh onions, sakura shrimp frittata, asparagus, and other ingredients that are in season.

Third Box


Salad Chirashi Sushi

In addition to salmon and salmon roe, roasted beets and pickled cucumber are topped on top of this vegetable-centric, Western style chirashi sushi.
Experience the change in texture with rice mixed with quinoa, known as the mother of grains.

Main Dish

Stake Frit / Tortilla Roll

Enjoy our carefully selected Japanese beef steak served with a refreshing and spicy sauce.
