This floral cocktail is inspired by Spring, the season of blooming flowers. It is a smooth drink with a variety of floral aromas that spread to the palate and a soft feel, with a good balance of sweet and sour flavors.

Elpis

This cocktail has a gorgeous appearance and flavor. It was inspired by the anemone flower, known as the flower that heralds the arrival of spring.

Decoupon Gin & Tonic

The Dekopon Gin & Tonic, which gained popularity last year, will be available again this year!
This gin and tonic is made with fresh juicy pulp of the mouthwatering Dekopon. The combination of seasonal fruit and a crisp gin and tonic makes for a refreshing drink.

Oubi

As the name suggests in Japanese, this mocktail is recommended for “springtime when the cherry blossoms are in bloom." In addition to the gorgeous aroma and sweetness of cherry blossoms, the richness of cream and the depth of flavor from Earl Grey tea make this mocktail a perfect match.
