Inspired by Korea’s traditional confectionery yakgwa, this monaka sandwich combines sweet bean butter and mascarpone chantilly cream between crisp wafers. A delightful fusion of Korean and Japanese confectionery traditions.

Samgyetang Soup

A nourishing Korean soup made by slowly simmering chicken wings to draw out the flavors of ginseng and chestnuts. Garnished with fine chili threads for gentle heat.
