Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo, promoting Ginza as a new travel hub, has partnered with Trip.com to present two exclusive parfaits designed to evoke the excitement of travel. We invite you to experience these special creations that capture the feeling of a journey.
Inspired by Trip.com’s signature blue and yellow brand colors, these parfaits are crafted with a vivid palette reminiscent of the sky, ocean, and sun. By envisioning Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo as a “departure gateway,” the concept invites guests to feel the anticipation of setting off on a new adventure.
The flavor profile embodies the theme of “a journey unfolding with every bite.” Layers of blue curaçao granita, the sweetness of Japanese mango, the acidity of pineapple, subtle spices, and the richness of mascarpone come together to create a dynamic tasting experience. Additional textures—such as light cornflake crumble and coconut kuzumochi—enhance the depth and complexity, offering a multi-sensory “travel moment.”
Inspired by a journey that begins under a bright blue sky, the Daylight Trip Parfait features white cotton candy, blue granita, and a blue macaron filled with mango cream, creating a refreshing and uplifting visual. The harmonious blend of mango sweetness and pineapple tang captures the excitement of daytime travel.

A separate blue curaçao ginger syrup is served on the side—pour it over the parfait to enjoy the dramatic melting of the cotton candy and a transformation in flavor. Subtle alcoholic notes and spice accents create a refined “night trip” experience for adults.
