Seared Bigfin Reef Squid - Seasonal Vegetables, Green Sauce

The spear squid is gently cooked at a low temperature to draw out its natural umami. Seasonal vegetables highlight their own flavors, and the dish is finished with our house‑made mayonnaise–based sauce verte and crispy fried capers, creating a plate that captures the essence of summer.
