Velvet
A cocktail inspired by Tokyo's glittering winter nightscape of illuminations, this wine-red creation blends sherry and cassis for a refreshingly light sweetness.
Garnished with a sprig of rosemary, it offers both an aromatic accent and a touch of winter elegance in the glass.

Citrus Glitter
This cocktail celebrates winter's bounty of citris, a refreshing drink made with yuzu.
The zest of yuzu and the tartness of lemon are gently balanced by the sweetness of honey, offering a crisp yet mellow flavor profile.
Served alcohol-free so everyone can enjoy its seasonal charm.

Amber Kiss
A luxurious cocktail of bittersweet chocolate with rich cacao notes.
Paired with orange peel, it evokes the elegance of orangettes; matched with the salted caramel rim, it transforms into a luxurious chocolate-caramel delight. 
Perfect as a dessert cocktail that lingers with every sip.  

Snow-mel
Beneath a snowy layer of foamed milk lies a cocktail with refined sweetness, crafted from caramel and cacao liqueur.
The bold bitterness of espresso is gently enveloped by the smooth texture of cream, creating a harmonious balance.
