The Afternoon Tea returns in October with
a Monochrome theme, a slightly adult Halloween in Ginza.

These iconic dessert offerings are dressed like high-end fashion couture, 
and rich flavors to match.

 Forêt Noir

This chocolate cake, which means “black forest,” originated in Germany. The crispy chocolate case wraps around a gluten-free chocolate sponge and layered with organic chocolate cream, kirsch-dipped cherries and cream.

Mont Blanc

Mont Blanc, the quintessential dessert of autumn, is arranged in black and white. Whipped cream and meringue with texture of chestnuts are filled inside a white chocolate casing. Then covered with jet-black marron cream colored with bamboo charcoal, and topped with a dancing butterfly.

Cheesecake

This cheesecake is packaged with both baked and rare cheese. Oven-baked cheesecake with a rich, robust cheese flavor and rare cheesecake with a smooth, gentle taste are layered and coated with white chocolate and adorned with elegant white flowers.

Chocolate Tart

A gorgeous tart with chocolate cream decorated like ruffles on a dress. The tart is a gluten-free crumble made with rice flour and nut mousse. This iconic sweet with pearl chocolates and black butterflies is a visual statement of elegance that would look great on a runway.

Blackberry Panna Cotta

Panna cotta is topped with blackberries, blackcurrant jelly and blueberries, and covered with a vanilla and milk jelly sheet lid. Enjoy this dessert by breaking up the jelly sheet and mix into the refreshing fruit and smooth panna cotta.

Pear and Caramel Puff 

Rice flour choux pastry colored with bamboo charcoal, filled with caramel custard, and topped with pear jelly. The pear jelly is surrounded by salted vanilla cream in a ruffled design highlighting a feminine dress line with a strong presence. 

Apple Mousse

This is a cute, Halloween-like sweet with a bewitching look. The base is a macaron with bamboo charcoal, and the apple mousse is filled with apple confiture infused with caramel and cinnamon. A coating of raspberries blackened with bamboo charcoal adds a glossy finish.

Black Rice Risotto and Pumpkin Espuma with Red Wine Sauce

Italian sausage salsiccia and black rice risotto take center stage in this enchanting savory dish, which is served with pumpkin espuma and a glossy red wine sauce. On the side, slightly sweet pumpkin chips are served as an accent.
