Baba Ghanoush, Soy Meat, Lentils
A vibrant vegan dish starring eggplant, prepared with rich flavors through a blend of paste and marinade. The delightful textures of lentils and soy meat add depth, while a delicate soy milk foam lends a gentle, elegant finish.

Broccoli and Potato Potage, Feta Cheese, Almond
A velvety broccoli potage that captures the vegetable’s rich flavor and vibrant color. The creamy depth of feta cheese and the nutty aroma of roasted almonds add layers of richness, making it a heartwarming and satisfying dish.

Roasted Flatfish, Burdock, Lime Leaf Sauce

Enju Beef Stew

First introduced in 2023 at “Ginza Bar Terrace” and beloved by many, this Basque cheesecake has finally joined our dessert menu.
Crafted with premium organic sugar, it features a beautifully caramelized top and a luxuriously smooth, rich cheese interior.
Served with airy Chantilly cream and a touch of sea salt, each bite offers a delightful harmony of flavors that evolve on the palate.
