Crispy baked cocoa flavored puff pastry filled with rich custard cream combined with vanilla and organic chocolate from Madagascar.

Panda Mousse
This dessert is a combination of a sponge cake and mousse scented with gorgeous jasmine, and a surprising flavor of refreshing grapefruit jelly.

Rabbit Tart   
This cheese tart contains slowly simmered blueberry compote, inside a raw cheese mousse made with Hokkaido cream cheese on top of a crispy dough.

Lion Mousse
An adorable appearance of the lion, the king of beasts! Enjoy the tropical taste of rich mango mousse with sour passion fruit jelly.

Prairie Shortcake
This shortcake is inspired by the image of a vast meadow where animals roam. Moist, soft sponge cake soaked in vanilla syrup is sandwiched between strawberries and filled with fresh Hokkaido cream. A dainty deer cookie accompanies the cake. 

Elephant Cookie Sandwich
Two elephant shaped cookies colored with bamboo charcoal sandwiches ivoire cream and dried fruit. "Ivoire" means ivory in French, and this cream is a white chocolate cream with a mild sweetness and a rich aroma of vanilla.

Flamingo Jelly
A striking jelly with a bright pink flamingo is made with fragrant elderflower jellies. The jellies are layered with strawberries, raspberries, and a smooth raspberry mousse.

Sustainable Salmon Tartine and Watercress Salad
An elegant tartine of sustainable salmon cut into delicate cubes are arranged with mascarpone cream, and super sweet mini-tomatoes "Amela Rubins" on bread with sautéed black garlic and onions.
