This year, our Christmas cake is the classic "Strawberry Shortcake" made with organic ingredients and rice flour. We will be offering a limited number of the cakes so be sure to get your order in early! 

Strawberry Shortcake

This cake delivers a gentle flavor that allows you to enjoy the natural taste of the ingredients. The moist dough is baked with organic sugar and cage-free eggs, then sandwiched between whipped cream made with organic vanilla beans from Madagascar and fresh strawberries. While the taste is familiar and nostalgic, the ingredients are carefully selected for a healthy balance. Topped with meringue mushrooms and strawberries, it evokes the image of a red forest where elves live during Christmas.
