The annual beer terrace returns to the popular terrace facing Ginza's Namiki Dōri Street.This year, guests can enjoy Sapporo Beer's SORACHI 1984.

Enjoy the festive combination of SORACHI 1984, which is made with rare domestic hops and some of the original Sorachi Ace from Kamifurano in Hokkaido, with spicy Mexican cuisine. Lager beer, the oldest beer brand in Japan, will also be available.

SORACHI 1984 is a beer made from 100% of the rare hop Sorachi Ace, which Sapporo Beer began releasing in 2019. Enjoy the very popular SORACHI 1984 to your heart's content with its unique 'dignified, aromatic' taste reminiscent of cypress and lemongrass.

All of the dishes are created to pair well with beer. Appetizers include "Caesar Salad," which originated at Caesar's Restaurant in Mexico and is seasoned with a dressing made with plenty of lime and garlic and "Tortilla Chips Nachos Sour Cream," a perfect snack to enjoy with beer. "Mexican Chicken Fajitas," with its appetizing spicy aroma, is a heavier dish that will make the beer even tastier. Traditional fajitas are usually made with shredded beef, but we used chicken, which goes well with beer.

Tortillas, a staple food in Mexico, are served in a "tortilla wrap" with your choice of chili con carne, avocado dip, salsa sauce, or sausage. You can enjoy different flavors depending on the ingredients you choose. The "Fresh Tropical Fruit" for dessert is a refreshing dish to complete your meal.
