5th anniversary celebration dinner - a special course using Yasuda farm fresh and seasonal ingredients is available for a limited time only!

To celebrate its 5th anniversary on Sunday, January 22, 2023, NAMIKI667 will present a special dinner course prepared by Takao Ishida, who has commenced the position of Chef de Cuisine at NAMIKI667 as of November 2022.

The amuse will feature freshly picked vegetables from Yasuda Farm and the Chef's intuitive creations savoring seasonal ingredients.

For the appetizer, we have prepared a dish of seared shellfish and water octopus full of rich flavor.  Accompanied by fenouil, a popular herb in Western Europe and calamansi, a fruit abundant in vitamin C and known as a miracle fruit makes this dish beautiful and refreshing. Served with fragrant basil, white truffle oil and a colorful verduret of garland chrysanthemum.

The soup is a flavorful mushroom broth seasoned with sweetfish soy sauce, topped with ravioli of saimaki prawns and cream cheese, and accented with herbs, brioche and leek oil giving a complex taste with enjoyed in many layers. 

For the main dish, we serve roasted Akikawa beef with a rich, aromatic flavor and freshly picked Tokyo vegetables cooked specifically to accentuate the flavor of the ingredients.

Pastry Chef Ryuichi Osawa's dessert fromage blanc is topped with refreshing green apple jelly and yuzu sorbet, topped with micro coriander as an accent. Edible flowers are elegantly garnished on top for a hint of liveliness.
