勤務時間: シフト制 (1日実働8時間・休憩60分)
給 与: 月額250,000円以上 基本給・固定残業手当（25時間相当分）※25時間を超える時間外労働・休日労働・深夜勤務労働についての割増賃金は追加で支給

Job Description
NAMIKI667 Host (Full-time / Guest Service Staff)
You will play an essential role in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests through smooth restaurant operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing the restaurant for service and performing closing duties
- Presenting menus and taking orders for food and beverages
- Serving dishes and drinks in the dining room, bar, and through in‑room dining
- Assisting with restaurant event setup
Qualifications
- Individuals who enjoy guest interaction and have strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Candidates with 1+ year of restaurant experience are highly welcomed
- Proficiency in Japanese at a daily conversational level or higher is required.
Employment Details
Employment type: Full-time
Work location: 6-6-7 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0061
Working hours: Shift-based (8 hours per day + 60-minute break)
Salary: From ¥250,000 per month
Includes base salary + fixed overtime allowance (equivalent to 25 hours)
Additional compensation is provided for overtime, work on scheduled days off, and late-night shifts beyond 25 hours.
